FAQ's

Q: What format is Ready, Set, Work! in and do I need any special software to view it?

A: Ready, Set, Work! is currently available as an instantly downloadable ebook in PDF format. The only software you'll need to view it is Adobe Reader, which you probably already have installed. Mac users can also use the Preview app that comes with OS X, but we still recommend Adobe Reader. If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free from Adobe's website.

Q: What are the benefits of an ebook as opposed to a regular book?

A: An ebook can be downloaded instantly, viewed on any computer (PC or Mac), and printed when necessary. eBooks are less costly to produce and are better for the environment.

Q: Is there a print version available?

A: We currently have no plans to release a print version.

Q: What types of jobs are available for home workers?

A: You would be surprised how many great opportunities there are for work-at-home professionals. You will find jobs for customer service and technical support agents, virtual assistants, medical transcriptionists, writers, teachers, translators, sales people, graphic and web designers, and many more. We tried to include a wide variety of jobs in our guide.

Q: How much do these jobs pay/what is the average salary?

A: Pay varies depending on the job and experience so it's difficult to provide an accurate answer. Most jobs fall somewhere in the $8-$30 per hour range, with the average call-center job around $10-$15 per hour.

Q: Are the jobs part-time or full-time?

A: Again, it varies depending on the employer. Most jobs require between 20-30 hours per week.

Q: Will I ever have to pay to work for one of these companies?

A: Absolutely NOT! We know you're probably used to seeing websites advertising work from home jobs that require you to pay upfront to begin "working." Our job directory includes only legitimate employers (and we all know legitimate employers don't make you pay to work). All of the companies we feature clearly state the job description and requirements.

Q: Are the job listings up-to-date?

A: We tried to focus on employers who regularly hire home-based workers. Our job listings are as up-todate as possible. You may occasionally come across a listing for a position that has already been filled, but the listing was left intact because that company may have future openings. We frequently make updates to the job directory and will remove employers who are have no possibility of future openings.

Q: Will new jobs be added in the future?

A: We will continually update the job directory to include new opportunities as they become available.

Q: Will I be able to get free updates to the guide?

A: Yes! You are entitled to free minor revision updates. All other updates will be available to previous customers at a discounted price. If you sign up for our mailing list you will receive update notifications via email.

Q: Do you plan on releasing any other books?

A: We cannot comment on future projects at this time, but we're always working to bring you new and informative products and services.

Q: I read the book and loved it, how do I submit a testimonial?

A: If you loved the book, we'd love to hear from you! Even if you didn't love the book, we'd still appreciate your feedback as we are always trying to make it better. Click here to submit your feedback.

Q: Do you offer a money-back guarantee/How do I go about getting a refund?

A: Yes we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We know our customers are genuinely honest people who would never take advantage of a refund policy just because they're cheap and want something for free. If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund.

Q: What if I have a question regarding that is not answered here?
